Job Description
EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of LLM models that power their core product. The role involves shipping code, leading from the front, and owning the model lifecycle. The team is remote and works on creating conversational intelligence for AI companionship.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack
- Understanding of alignment and moderation for NSFW content
- Doer mindset and ability to ship production code
