Job Description
EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to lead their LLM team and own the architecture, training, and deployment of models that power their core product. The role involves solving latency, throughput, and context management challenges at a massive scale, shipping code, and mentoring the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and technical rigor required to moderate NSFW content
- Intuition for Alignment and prompt conditioning, temperature, and sampling
- Doer Mindset and velocity
