Tech Lead, LLM & Generative AI (Full Remote - Poland)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship and is looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. The role involves shipping code, leading a team, and architecting high-precision moderation systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
• Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and comfort with the modern LLM stack
• Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and ability to moderate NSFW content effectively
• Intuition for alignment and ability to design nuanced, context-aware moderation systems
