Job Description
EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to take the helm of their LLM team and own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. This is a role for a builder who will solve latency, throughput, and context management challenges at a massive scale, ship code, and lead from the front.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Shipping AI at scale
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks)
- Understanding of the "Uncensored" challenge and ability to moderate NSFW content effectively
