Job Description
EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to take the helm of their LLM team and own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. The role requires a deep understanding of LLMs, experience shipping AI at scale, and a nuanced approach to moderation in the uncensored/NSFW space.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and the modern LLM stack
- Experience shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Understanding of the "Uncensored" challenge and the technical rigor required to moderate it effectively
