Job Description
EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. The ideal candidate has shipped AI at scale and has 8+ years of engineering experience, with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and ability to work with NSFW content
- Intuition for alignment and understanding of the physics of LLMs
- Doer mindset and ability to distinguish between a 'perfect' academic solution and a 'shippable' production solution
