Job Description
EverAI is building the future of AI companionship, and we're looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of our LLM models. We're a fully remote team of A-players from Tier 1 tech, and we move fast and care deeply about what we build.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Shipping AI at scale
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the "Uncensored" challenge and nuanced moderation systems
- Alignment intuition and ability to optimize model steerability and multicultural performance
