EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to lead their LLM team and own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. The company is building a massive-scale conversational intelligence and has created a platform dedicated to personalized human connection, enabling millions of users to create and interact with highly personalized AI companions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Significant experience in shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
• Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack
• Understanding of alignment, moderation, and steerability in uncensored environments
