Job Description
EverAI is building the future of AI companionship, and we're looking for a Tech Lead to take the helm of our LLM team. The role involves shipping code, leading from the front, and owning the model lifecycle. We're a fully remote team of 70 people, with a strong entrepreneurial experience and a track record of category-creating innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks)
- Intuition for alignment and understanding of the physics of LLMs
