Technical Support Engineer VoIP

Everfield is looking for a Technical Support Engineer VoIP to strengthen and co-lead the Support area at Vozitel. The successful candidate will provide technical support to demanding customers, resolve complex incidents, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Solid experience (3+ years) in technical support in contact center, PBX, or telecommunications environments
• Experience with VoIP platforms such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or VoIPNow
• Knowledge of PBX: SIP trunks, IVR, routing, DIDs, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Network diagnostic and monitoring tool management
• Technical background with knowledge of development or scripting
• Organizational and prioritization capacity in high-volume ticket environments
• Experience with ticketing platforms and support management tools
• Customer-oriented and communication skills
