Senior Financial Analyst

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance & Accounting Manager. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis, grant reporting, and oversight of government-funded and grant-supported programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with D365, Power BI, Financial Modeling
• Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide actionable insights
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word/PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in nonprofit accounting is preferred but not required.
