Director, Network Operations - South Carolina

Evergreen Nephrology is seeking a Director, Network Operations to lead strategic partnerships and drive customer success through business and clinical outcomes. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for onboarding and integrating new partners, utilizing value-based care to engage stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, master's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience working with executives, cross-functional teams, and external customers and partners to drive business outcomes
• Experience in value-based care, post-acute care, or healthcare services
• Excellent relationship, communication, change management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and respect quickly, both internally and externally
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
