Manager, Reporting & Analytics

We are seeking a Manager, Reporting & Analytics to develop data-based solutions and tools that drive company performance and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in healthcare data, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a reporting or health economics environment in the health care industry
• Strong SQL skills required; expertise in SQL and Python programming preferred
• 2+ years developing dashboards and reports utilizing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, or Tableau)
• Proven hands-on knowledge of turning data into relevant reports and visualizations
• Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Working understanding of healthcare privacy and security practices
