Job Description
Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multi-family ground-up development and senior housing construction projects across the Midwest. The role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-family rehabilitation projects
- Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
