Job Description
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of multi-family rehabilitation and construction projects from start to finish, overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-family rehabilitation projects required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
