Tax Manager

Evergreen Services Group is a holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies across North America. The Tax Manager will own tax compliance and strategy across a complex, multi-entity structure spanning six countries, while serving as the primary coordinator between HoldCo, vertical finance teams, and external advisors.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of progressive tax experience
• Federal partnership / flow-through taxation experience
• Corporate tax and ASC 740 provision experience
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Executive presence, hands-on work, and leadership skills
