Job Description
StarRez is seeking a Tax Manager to build and lead our in-house tax function while partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors across a complex global environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience
- Strong expertise in U.S. corporate income tax and multi-state compliance.
- Experience with tax provision (ASC 740)
- Exposure to international tax concepts
- Experience with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany arrangements
- Familiarity with tax software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
