Job Description
Forescout is seeking a US Tax Manager with a strong ASC 740 income tax provision background to join their in-house tax team. The role will have primary responsibility for the quarterly and annual income tax provision, including US and international components, and will play a key role in strengthening internal tax processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6ā10+ years of experience in income tax accounting, with a strong ASC 740 income tax accounting background, ideally within the technology sector.
- Handsāon experience preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions for a multinational company.
- Prior experience at a national public accounting firm (tax provision / tax accounting focus).
