Job Description
Evergreen Home Loans is seeking a Disclosure Specialist to generate initial disclosures and re-disclosures in accordance with federal, state, and agency regulations. The role involves verifying data accuracy, researching discrepancies, and preparing mortgage disclosure documents. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Verify the accuracy of data input of loan fees and charges prior to disclosing
- Research discrepancies on files during the disclosing process and discuss with the Loan Originator or Account Executive
- Prepare a variety of mortgage disclosure documents accurately and within required timeframes
- Audit disclosure packages to verify all required disclosures (Federal & State) are included
- Collaboratively partner with colleagues to ensure all required disclosures are accounted for and delivered within defined timelines
