Job Description
Clinical Nurse Educator (Hospice and Home Health) responsible for staff orientation, competency assessment, and professional development of clinical staff on assigned unit/department.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 3 years of recent professional RN experience
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association by start date
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate education programs
- Leadership skills, learning/facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
