Cook I (per diem)

Responsible for preparing food products in a commercial kitchen setting. Meets production schedules in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary standards. Ensures quality of food items prepared and maintains orderliness and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and workspace.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Washington state “Food and Beverage Workers” Permit
• 1 year of progressively responsible related work experience in the fast-food, restaurant, hospitality, or other culinary environment
