Job Description
The Population Health Program Manager provides leadership and support to improve quality performance for the EvergreenHealth clinics, including coordinating with IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure implementation and ongoing improvement of quality structures, processes, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of increasingly responsible quality and operations experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience working with quality management
- Ability to use quality and quantitative data
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices and methodology
- Experience with quality performance measures, such as HEDIS, STARs, and patient experience measures
- Experience with risk adjustment models
