Job Description
We are looking for a VIP Support Technician to offer personalized technical support to VIP clients, understand and respond to their specific needs, and maintain the friendliness of the IT kiosk.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience on a similar post
- Master Microsoft environment (office and hardware)
- Mandatory B driving license
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of welcome
- Rigorous, it is essential for you to follow existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated, you want to invest within a team, share your experiences, and maintain a good working atmosphere
