HELPLINE is a French company of Digital Services seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide personalized assistance to users for onboarding with the application of their specific environment and intervene in incident management teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in computer science (Bac + 2 type BTS SIO or equivalent)
• First experience (internship, alternance or first job) in IT support or post preparation
• Basic skills in Windows operating systems and office tools (Office 365)
• Sense of service, autonomy, rigour and team spirit
