Job Description
We are looking for a Level 1 Support Technician to join a team of ten internal technicians to manage user solicitations, resolve level 1 incidents, and propose improvements to support functioning.
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree in computer science
- 2 years of experience in user incident management
- Mastering technical environments: Office automation, Email, AD, Application access, Printers, Server access, Bastion
