Job Description
The Associate Director, Medical Information is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team. The role involves client management, staff development, and ensuring the delivery of medical information services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Life Sciences or healthcare, 5+ years of experience in Medical Information, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position is home office based and requires the ability to travel up to 10-15%.
Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent
- 5+ years of Medical Information and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledge of Medical Information Industry Best Practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to effectively motivate/monitor/manage individuals to ensure performance of all required activities/tasks/functions
