Medical Information Specialist - German & English speaking

We're seeking a Medical Information Specialist with German and English language skills to join our Medical Communications team. This role is responsible for providing industry-leading services, including call center staffing, medical writing, and adverse event reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in written correspondence
• Identify adverse events and product complaints during interactions with customers
• Perform intake sufficient to generate initial adverse event and product complaint reports
• Utilize writing skills for adverse event and product complaint narratives
• Coordinate processes necessary for responding to quality-related complaints
