Medical Information Specialist - German & English speaking

We're looking for a Medical Information Specialist to join our team at EVERSANA. The role is home office based and involves responding to drug information inquiries, identifying adverse events, and performing medical writing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical information management systems.

Requirements

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries
• Disseminate drug information verbally or by written correspondence
• Identify adverse events and product complaints
• Perform intake of adverse event and product complaint reports
• Utilize writing skills for adverse event and product complaint narratives
• Coordinate processes necessary for responding to quality-related complaints
• Utilize drug information skills to critically evaluate medical literature
• Miscellaneous projects including market and competitive product research, system development, sales training projects, and field liaison support
• Medical Writing
• On-call responsibilities on an as assigned basis
