Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate culture, Organizational Development, Change Management, transformations, or related areas
- Practical experience in building and implementing cultural and leadership models
- Ability to convert values and mission into real management and behavioral practices
- Experience in building processes and conducting eNPS, engagement, and pulse surveys, focus groups, and organizational analytics
- Strong internal communication skills and stakeholder work
- Successful experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies
- Experience in managing teams (internal comms, engagement, culture, OD, etc.)
- Expertise in developing and implementing initiatives, policies, and programs that unite people around the company's mission and values
