Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior People/Organizational leadership role.
- Experience across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Internal Comms, and Employer Branding.
- Hands-on mindset – prioritizing operational vs. strategic work.
- Experience building distributed, high-performing teams.
- Business-centric mindset and a focus on growth.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and cultural shifts.
