We are currently looking for a Sales Counselor to join our team and provide an experience focused on the individual needs of each client, with a service-oriented mindset and integrity, who are economically ambitious and enjoy helping others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and verbal/written skills
• Compassionate and able to maintain composure during stressful situations
• Trainer and willing to learn through our structured training program
• Competitive spirit, drive, and self-motivation to generate income by selling the company's products
• Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone or in person
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients and build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary
• Must have a valid state driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
• Must be able to travel to potential client homes located anywhere within the geographic area served by the location
