Sales Manager leads all Sales initiatives and practices, developing front line Sales Counselors and driving performance through customer-focused experience. Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients, collaborating with sales staff and other departments to ensure support of location needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues
- Capable of developing new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships
- Possesses the desire to set your own schedule and ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
