Job Description
EverTrue is a leading advancement intelligence and donor engagement platform empowering educational institutions and non-profit organizations to build stronger relationships and achieve outstanding fundraising results. The Implementation Engineer will interact with customers and partners, support customer-facing teams, and build, automate ETL, monitor, and debug workflows between various 3rd-party systems and customer CRMs to the EverTrue platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building technical integrations between fundraising CRMs and SaaS platforms
- Strong Python development skills
- Proficiency with MySQL and SQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Experience with Docker and container-based deployment
- Deep familiarity with REST API integration patterns
- Experience with Blackbaud (RE NXT / SKY API), Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, or other common fundraising CRMs
- Strong instincts for building resilient, observable systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proactive problem solver who works well across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
- Knowledge of Major Gifts fundraising process and strategy a plus
