Job Description
The Materials Manager leads the planning, procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and fulfillment coordination across multiple channels, including Amazon FBA, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale distribution. This role is critical for scaling supply chain operations and requires deep experience in planning, execution, and a systems-driven approach. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a focus on people and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of professionals responsible for raw material and finished goods availability.
- Develop and execute inventory and replenishment strategies across all channels.
- Drive scenario-based planning and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams.
- Provide leadership in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems.
- Develop and track KPIs.
