Application support engineer

We are seeking a talented Application Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support for internal and customer-facing applications, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience managing user access to enterprise applications, ensuring accurate provisioning, role assignment, and compliance with security policies
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
