Application Support Engineer

Public Group is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line support for business-critical applications and lead the digital transformation of retail through innovative solutions. The successful candidate will work with a team of software developers, engineers, and digital experts to help organizations stay ahead. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving application incidents, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining incident documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Application Support or Systems Support
• Knowledge of SQL / databases, Windows or Linux environments, APIs or integrations, and ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) & Log analysis and monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in production environments
