Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing
- Experience working with retail media networks and retailer.com ecosystems
- Strong understanding of CPG retail dynamics and shopper behavior
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple retail programs simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
