We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Bucharest! As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming
- Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content
- Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
