Job Description
Evidence Action seeks a Senior Associate - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning to lead MLE activities for the Syphilis-Free Start program in CĂ´te d'Ivoire. The successful candidate will design, implement, and lead all MLE activities, conduct research, monitor and learn program activities, and manage, analyze, and valorize data.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (economics, statistics, mathematics, public health, or related discipline); a postgraduate degree is an asset
- At least 3 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, ideally in CĂ´te d'Ivoire, with strong exposure to health programs and the use of systems such as DHIS2
- Strong technical skills in M&E and ability, with at least 2 years of practical experience in managing and working directly with large teams and data
