Job Description
The Senior Manager, TSU (Team Lead), Rajasthan will provide overall leadership to Technical Support Unit (TSU) in Rajasthan, driving the state's safe water agenda and providing strategic guidance to PHED and National Office team members. The role requires strong strategic thinking, demonstrated leadership skills, and experience working with Rajasthan state government departments.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles in government advisory/engagement
- MBA/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Management, Public Health, Water Resources, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related field) is an advantage
- Expert proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (oral and written)
- Expert written and verbal proficiency in English is essential
