State Program Officer (EAII Advisors)

State Program Officer (SPO) role at EAII Advisors supporting adaptation and execution of technical assistance for Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) supplementation in Uttarakhand, coordinating with government departments and partners.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in public health, nutrition, health management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in the development sector, including experience supporting or advising government programs, preferably in maternal, child health, or nutrition
• Prior experience working with government departments in Uttarakhand or in a similar context
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting teams, with the ability to work independently and proactively communicate progress, risks, and support needs
• Strong understanding of public health systems and socio-economic context, particularly in Uttarakhand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi required
• Ability to synthesise information and produce high-quality outputs under tight timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications for analysis, documentation, and reporting
