Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Therapist who is excited to make a real difference in the lives of youth ages 11–18 and their families through intensive, community-based therapy.

Requirements

• Maintain a manageable caseload of no more than 12 families
• Provide home-based therapy to youth and families throughout the service area
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each family's needs
• Collaborate with a supportive therapy team
• Document case progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
