Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Therapist to work with youth ages 11-18 and their families through intensive, community-based therapy. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide home-based therapy, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and work with a supportive therapy team.
Requirements
- Maintain a manageable caseload of no more than 12 families
- Provide home-based therapy to youth and families throughout the service area
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each family's needs
- Collaborate with a supportive therapy team, including weekly team meetings and individual supervision
