Geotechnical Technician

Role Overview

As a Geotechnical Technician, you will support the site geotechnical team through a balance of field and office based work. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in geotechnical engineering, with structured training and mentoring provided on site.

What You Will Do

Conducting field inspections underground, monitoring and recording geotechnical instrumentation data, maintaining data in databases (Deswik), supporting instrumentation installations, maintaining geotechnical equipment, and providing general technical and administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Current manual driver's licence
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• An interest or aptitude for technical troubleshooting
