Job Description
Evolution Mining is seeking an Underground 2IC Leading Hand to support daily underground operations at Mungari, a leading gold producer in Western Australia. The role requires a strong safety mindset, technical skills, and leadership capability to act as the Supervisor's right-hand underground.
Requirements
- WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency
- Significant underground mining experience in production or development roles.
- Proven leadership capability as a Leading Hand, Charge-Up, Bogger, or Jumbo Operator.
- Strong knowledge of underground mining methods, safety systems, and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience upholding values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.
