Underground Mining Superintendent

Evolution Mining is seeking an Underground Mining Superintendent to join their team at the Mungari mine in Western Australia. The role involves leading underground mining production safely and efficiently, translating strategy into executable plans, and developing the leadership capability of Supervisors and the broader crew.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ mining experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Underground Supervisor’s Certificate (required).
• First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate — or working towards it (highly regarded).
• Extensive operational experience in underground mining, with strong knowledge of legislation and safety systems.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary underground teams.
• Strong capability in planning, cost management and operational execution.
• Competence in Pronto, Word and Excel; confident in coaching, feedback and team development.
• C-Class Manual Driver’s Licence.
