Underground Leading Hand

We’re looking for a capable and driven Underground Leading Hand to act as the 2IC to our Shift Supervisors at Mungari. This is a frontline leadership role designed to support daily underground operations while building toward statutory competence as a future Underground Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency
• Significant underground mining experience in production or development roles
• Proven leadership capability as a Leading Hand, Charge-Up, Bogger, or Jumbo Operator
• Strong knowledge of underground mining methods, safety systems, and statutory requirements
• Demonstrated experience upholding values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect
