Evolution is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Business Support team. The role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Bachelors Degree or strong related work experience
• Previous experience in iGaming recruitment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
