EvolutionIQ is hiring a Senior Content Strategy & Operations Manager to build and own the systems that make exceptional content repeatable. The role reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in content marketing, content strategy, or content operations with demonstrable experience owning systems required.
- A track record of building or significantly improving content infrastructure in an enterprise B2B environment.
- Hands-on ownership of a company website as a content and brand asset, including IA, CMS, and ongoing optimization in collaboration with design and dev.
- Analytical fluency and strong editorial judgment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and lean scaffolding.
- Experience in complex, regulated industries (insurance, insurtech, healthcare, legal, banking) is a plus.
