5+ years of experience as a Disability Examiner, Worker’s Compensation Adjuster, or an Auto Casualty Adjuster, with exceptional critical thinking and communication skills

5+ years of engineering experience, strong Python development background, and proven success in using agentic coding tools like Cursor AI

3+ years of Python experience, 1+ year of LLM experience, and hands-on experience with statistical machine learning techniques

7+ years of engineering experience, expert in Python Development, strong relational database design, and experience with Dagster and/or Airflow

3+ years of experience writing performant Python code, minimum 1 year of experience building and deploying products powered by LLMs, and strong skills in evaluating and interpreting LLM outputs

3+ years of experience in account and project management, effective communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and manipulation

10-15 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and expertise in scalable cloud architecture, relational database design, and large-scale data processing

10+ years of experience in complex SaaS sales, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills

5+ years of experience in Data Science with a strong background in traditional statistics and 2+ years of focused experience working with LLMs
